Platinum Curved Stairlift
Designed from the ground-up for any curved staircase, the Acorn 180 curved stairlift offers a comfortable and reliable ride. The advanced self-levelling carriage moves along the modular rail system, coming to a soft stop with ease.
Once a home assessment has been completed and a quote approved they take between 2-3 weeks to be manufactured and delivered. We currently supply within the Leinster area only. Price will include supply and installation within Leinster.
A VAT rate of 13.5% applies to the supply and fit of curved stairlifts. This amount is reclaimable from Revenue and we provide the relevant forms.
Installation takes between 4-6 hours with minimal disruption to your home.

Buying a Stairlift from Mobility Direct
Grant information & advice
Grants for stairlifts are available from your local county council and can usually cover a large percentage of the cost of a new stairlift. The grant amount will depend on the amount of household income. We can help with forms and offer advice on applying for a stairlift grant.
Delivery & Installation
Once the site survey has been completed it will take between 2-3 weeks for the stairlift to be manufactured and delivered. Installation takes between 4-6 hours and as the stairlift rail is installed on the stairs and not the wall there is minimal disruption to your home.
After Sales Service
A good after sales service is crucial when purchasing a stairlift. We provide technical support over the phone and can also provide a same day/next day call out service within the Leinster area depending on the issue.
Warranty
Our curved stairlifts come with a 24 month (2 years) warranty as standard. We also offer an extended warranty which covers the stairlift for any repairs for a further 4 years.
