Delivery
We offer a next working day delivery service within Dublin and surrounding areas for all orders made before 3pm. There are no delivery costs for deliveries within Dublin and surrounding areas. We have our own delivery drivers and don’t use courier companies so delivery times can be made to suit you.
Collections
At the end of the rental period we will attempt collection from the delivery address on the order. If you need to use a different address from the delivery address then just let us know. Also if you need to extend the rental duration please just call us and we can organise that.
Weekends
Please note that we are closed during the weekend and on bank holidays and we don’t deliver or collect during these times.
Hotel Deliveries – Scooters / Wheelchairs
Please bear in mind that not all hotels or places of accommodation in Dublin are wheelchair accessible so if you are ordering a wheelchair or mobility scooter then we strongly recommend contacting your place of accommodation first to ensure that it is accessible.
Dublin Airport Deliveries
We can only deliver to the airport in Dublin if you will be collecting a car from the airport. We will need your flight info along with the name of the car rental company and the booking/reference number for the car rental.
Airbnb
If you will be staying in an Airbnb please check with the host to ensure we can deliver/collect from the property. We will also need the host details to make the booking.
Tour buses
If you need to take a scooter/wheelchair on a tour bus please check with the tour company that they can accept it on the bus. Sometimes there isn’t enough room on the bus to store the scooter. If you need any information such as the dimensions of the scooter then just ask us and we can provide the relevant information.
