Ownership
The equipment shall remain the property of Mobility Direct Limited at all times.
Operation
The Hirer assumes all responsibility for the safe operation of the equipment and must use the equipment as directed by the Lessor,
including not:
Exceed the payload of the equipment. Carry any other persons in or on the equipment than it was designed for.
Insurance
The following insurances are included in your rental agreement. Accidental damage insurance: – Any accidental damage to the equipment. This does not include loss or theft. The Hirer must inform the Lessor immediately of any loss or damage to the equipment.
Personal Injury
The Lessor will not be held liable for any personal damage or personal injury incurred during the rental of this equipment. The Hirer accepts that Mobility Direct accepts no liability under any circumstances for any inconvenience, personal injury, loss of profit, business or production or any similar or other loss whether direct, indirect or consequential howsoever caused.
Rate
Mobility Direct reserves the right to amend price structures without notice. Prices quoted at time of booking however are guaranteed. Internet rates cannot be used in conjunction with any offline offers.
Availability
Mobility products and aids illustrated on this website are for guidance only. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that a select product model
from the website reserved is available, we reserve the right to substitute an alternative similar model.
Rental Extension
Hirers who wish to extend their rental period may contact our office by emailing info@mobilitydirect.ie or calling us on +353 (01) 2544406 to confirm availability. Extra days /weeks will be charged based on the current rate at the time the extension is made.
